Despite the fact that we have chosen to have a small, destination wedding, we want you to know that you are helping us realize our dream. First of all, John knew I would be a miserable person getting ready for a big wedding and a if I'm miserable, that would affect everyone else. Secondly, we realized before we began that the location and food were top on our list...also, we knew nothing in the area exactly suited us. When we started looking at destination weddings, we quickly recognized being married was much more important to us than any of the rest of it.
